This is the one thing on the site that has to be right. A calendar that is a day out of date is worse than no calendar at all, because it brings in enquiries for dates you have already sold.

Three Ways To Run It options
A booking engine
Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostaway or Uplisting. Syncs automatically with Airbnb and VRBO so the calendar can never drift, and takes payment properly. Costs money — roughly $20–40 a month for one property — and does the most by a distance.
A free iCal feed
Airbnb or VRBO, embedded read-only. Publish your listing calendar as an iCal link, subscribe to it in Google Calendar, and embed that. Free, updates itself, and plainer to look at — but perfectly honest, which is the part that matters.
No calendar at all
Just ask us. For a single cabin this is a completely reasonable choice, and better than a calendar you forget to update. I would replace the panel above with a short “send us your dates” block and make the booking form the whole page.
